Applications

All applications should be submitted to Roundtree Estates HOA

Submit a home construction application before the beginning of construction of your primary residence. Questions that can't be answered before the onset of construction should be marked as "tbd" and completed at a later time.

Home Construction: Application

Submit a plot plan before the beginning of construction of your primary residence. It includes the house layout and size, septic perc holes and drain field, all structures along with distance to property boundries, driveway and culvert layout.

Plot Plan: Application

Submit a landscape application only when you are...
1. Installing a new fence, including garden fences. ARC approves based on how it is viewed from Rowan Ct. Include photos and/or descriptions of the fencing material.
2. Adding driveway lights, walkway lights, or landscaping lights.
3. Excavating after the home has been built (e.g. removing a structure, adding a new driveway, anything that affects drainage).
4. Installing receiving devices (e.g. satellite dishes)
5. Planting new trees. ARC approves on neighbors affected views and non invasive types of trees.
6. Installing a flagpole. ARC approves on flagpole height, flags flown, and lighting (if any).

Landscape: Application

Submit a outbuilding application only when you are...
1. Constructing a new structure of any kind.
2. Having a pre-built structure landed on your lot.
Please determine if a Crook County permit is required. If it is a $2,000 construction deposit is required.

Outbuilding: Application

After construction is completed the following check list will be used for the Estoppel certificate and the return of the deposit. All items found not in compliance will be corrected prior to refunding the ARC required deposit.
