During the course of construction gravel must be cleaned up (frequently) off the road, if needed the ARC will use part of the deposit to hire a sweeper.  Keep in mind this is not just in front of the house site but also the entire road as often the trucks will dump gravel on the way out.

Under no circumstances can any exterior changes be made without this approval.

This application is valid for 2 year from the date the ARC’s dated approval letter for new construction

and 6 months for remodeling.  If new construction has not begun during that period of time a new application will be required.  If construction of a building has not begun within one year after ARC’s approval the original deposit will be refunded.
