Submitting a Landscaping application to the ARC is necessary only when you are

• Installing a new fence, including garden fences, ARC approves based on how it is viewed from Rowan Ct.
• Adding driveway lights, walkway lights, or landscaping lights
• New excavations after residence have been built examples; Removing a structure or adding a new driveway or anything that could affect drainage.
• Installing receiving devices (e.g. satellite dishes) 
• Planting new trees, Flagpole, etc..

Check all that apply and provide the following information.

• Installing a new fence, including garden fences, ARC approves based on how it is viewed from Rowan Ct.

• Location of fence (If possible add to the landscaping picture)
